Preview: The Wild ended a four-game losing streak with Wednesday's 3-2 victory at Tampa Bay. It has won five in a row against the Panthers, surrendering only seven goals in the five games. The injury-riddled Panthers have lost five of six.
Players to watch: RW Marian Gaborik has no points in the past four games. He hasn't gone five games without a point since Dec. 29, 2003-Jan. 5, 2004. LW Brian Rolston has 21 points in 41 career games against Florida. Florida C Olli Jokinen has hit the 30-goal mark in four of the past five years.
Numbers: The Panthers have lost eight games after giving up a goal in the final two minutes.
Injuries: Wild LW Derek Boogaard (back) is out. RW Mark Parrish (flu) practiced Thursday and is questionable. Panthers LW Richard Zednik (neck), C Stephen Weiss (finger), D Bryan Allen (leg), RW Jozef Stumpel (shoulder), D Mike Van Ryn (wrist), RW Radek Dvorak (finger), C Garth Murray (shoulder) and D Noah Welch (shoulder) are out.
Note: Pierre-Marc Bouchard's goal Wednesday has been changed to Todd Fedoruk from Bouchard and Kurtis Foster. It's Fedoruk's first power-play goal.
