A look at the major transactions made by Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher:

1. Hiring rookie coaches Todd Richards, then Mike Yeo.

2. Trading Brent Burns in front of hometown fans at the 2011 draft for Devin Setoguchi, Charlie Coyle and the pick that became Zack Phillips.

3. Trading 2009 first-rounder Nick Leddy and Kim Johnsson for Cam Barker in February 2010.

4. Signing Martin Havlat in 2009, then trading him for Dany Heatley in July 2011: "I would make that trade again tomorrow."

5. Trading Nick Schultz, the franchise's all-time games leader, for Bloomington's Tom Gilbert in February 2012.

6. After an 0-5 road trip, acquired Chuck Kobasew for Craig Weller, a second-round pick and a prospect in October 2009: "I don't think [Kobasew] ever got his fit here. I don't regret [that trade] one bit. I would have regretted if I didn't do anything."

7. Trading 2005 first-round pick Benoit Pouliot for Guillaume Latendresse in November 2009: "It worked really well for a year."

8. Trading disgruntled Marek Zidlicky for potentially five assets, including a second-round pick and Nick Palmieri in February 2012.

Best moves: Traded two draft picks for Kyle Brodziak and a pick (Darcy Kuemper); Acquired two picks (Matt Hackett, Erik Haula) to move down four spots to draft Leddy.

Worst move: Trading Leddy, which Fletcher calls, "disastrous."
