STAR TRIBUNE'S THREE STARS

1. Pierre-Marc Bouchard, Wild: Had a role in all four goals, with two goals and two assists, including an empty-net goal after Vancouver pulled within 3-2.

2. Mikko Koivu, Wild: In his return to the arena where he suffered a broken leg in his last visit, Koivu scored a key goal.

3. Niklas Backstrom, Wild: Made 38 saves, holding the Canucks to a lone goal until the final minute.

1 The Wild's position in the Northwest Division, with a one-point lead over Calgary and Colorado and two over Vancouver.-
