Gameday: Wild at Dallas

Preview: The Wild has won three of four overall and two in a row on the road after an 11-game road winless streak. Speaking of winless streaks, the Wild has the NHL's longest current winless streak in one arena. It is 0-10-4 in its past 14 games in Dallas. The Wild last won in Dallas on March 21, 2003, 3-2 in overtime (Manny Fernandez, 34 saves). The Wild's last regulation victory in Dallas was March 8, 2002. The Wild beat the Stars at home, 5-2, on Jan. 21. Dallas, three points behind the eighth-place Wild, is 2-5-1 in the past eight.

Players to watch: Wild LW/RW Dany Heatley has four goals and eight points in the past four games. C Kyle Brodziak is on a five-game point streak (six points) and has a point in seven of the past eight games. C Erik Christensen, acquired Friday from the Rangers, will make his Wild debut. Stars LW Loui Eriksson has 22 points (6-16--22) in 21 games against the Wild.

Numbers: The Wild hasn't led in its past eight games in Dallas (last lead: Feb. 6, 2007). ... Of Heatley's 17 goals, 10 have been the Wild's first goal. Four have tied games, including three times in the third period.

Injuries: Wild C Mikko Koivu (shoulder) and D Clayton Stoner (lower body) are doubtful. LW/RW Pierre-Marc Bouchard (concussion), LW Guillaume Latendresse (concussion) and RW Jarod Palmer (concussion) are out. Stars F Mike Ribeiro (knee) and LW Brenden Morrow (upper body) are out.
