GAME RECAP

STAR TRIBUNE'S THREE STARS

1. Jarome Iginla, Calgary: After a relatively quiet game Tuesday -- only a shootout goal -- the Flames star burned the Wid for a hat trick.

2. Miikka Kiprusoff, Calgary: Finished with 23 saves, giving him 61 in the Flames' road sweep.

3. Daymond Langkow, Calgary: His tip-in 1:02 into the game put the Flames ahead for good, and he assisted on Iginla's second goal.

TURNING POINT

Despite surrendering two goals in the opening 80 seconds, the Wild trailed only 2-1 late in the first period. Then Iginla scored on a power play with 12 seconds left in the period to restore the two-goal lead.
