  • Entered the season with 269 regular-season starts, second most in NFL history behind ex-Vikings defensive end Jim Marshall (270). Favre has started 291 consecutive in all, including playoffs.
  • Favre and his wife, Deanna, have two daughters, Brittany (20) and Breleigh (10).
  • Drafted by Atlanta in the second round (33rd overall) in 1991. Traded to the Packers in 1992 for a first-round choice.
  • Played 16 seasons in Green Bay before he was traded to the Jets in 2008.
