The Star Tribune's Michael Rand welcomes Twins President Dave St. Peter as his fantasy football guest picker. While St. Peter, a North Dakota native, said, "Sadly there are no University of North Dakota alums I can pick," he managed to carry on with his choices. St. Peter was allowed to choose any quarterback, wide receiver and running back except for those taken by last week's guest. Rand, as usual, was not allowed to pick anyone in the top 10 at his position in terms of NFL.com fantasy default scoring.

DAVE ST. PETER'S WEEK 15 FANTASY PICKS

QB: Aaron Rodgers, Packers

NFL.com QB scoring rank: No. 4. Matchup: Bears

I'll take him in honor of my son Ben -- a Packers fan. A-Rod has a big day in the Windy City.

WR: REGGIE WAYNE, COLTS

NFL.com WR scoring rank: No. 10. Matchup: Texans

In honor of my son Jack -- a Colts fan. Andrew Luck and Wayne take advantage of a struggling Texans secondary.

RB: ADRIAN PETERSON, VIKINGS

NFL.com RB scoring rank: No. 1. Matchup: Rams

In honor of my son Eric -- a Vikings fan. AP continues march to 2,000 yards in St. Louis.

MICHAEL RAND'S WEEK 15 FANTASY PICKS

QB: JOSH FREEMAN, BUCCANEERS

NFL.com QB scoring rank: No. 11. Matchup: Saints

Freeman has quietly had a very nice season, and it figures to continue against New Orleans, which has one of the worst pass defenses around.

WR: MILES AUSTIN, COWBOYS

NFL.com WR scoring rank: No. 22. Matchup: Steelers

With Dez Bryant nursing a broken finger, I'll take a chance on Austin and bank on 100-plus yards and a touchdown vs. the Steelers.

RB: C.J. SPILLER, BILLS

NFL.com RB scoring rank: No. 11. Matchup: Seahawks

Fred Jackson is hurt, and Spiller has been a pretty consistent scorer regardless.

SCOREBOARD Week 14 fantasy recap (using NFL.com default scoring method)

Winner: Callum Crawford -- Matt Ryan (19.7), Victor Cruz (18.1), Doug Martin (19.2). Total: 57.0

Loser: Michael Rand -- Joe Flacco (16.2), Wes Welker (5.2), Shonn Greene (13.7). Total: 35.1

Overall standings: Guest pickers 8-6.
