We reported on Thursday that Brett Favre has been throwing to wide receivers at Oak Grove High School in Hattiesburg, Miss., as he decides whether to return for a 20th NFL season.

Well, Len Pasquarelli of ESPN.com reports that Favre has had the company of another NFL quarterback at times during his workouts. Jason Campbell, who was traded by Washington to Oakland this offseason, has thrown several times with Favre this offseason, according to Pasquarelli.

We already know Campbell intends to play in 2010. It's safe to say that Favre also probably is planning to do the same, although nobody expects to see him while the Vikings are at training camp in Mankato. Actually, the big question seems to be when will Favre join the Vikings?

The most popular theory has been that Favre will see his first action in the third preseason game for the Vikings on Aug. 28 against Seattle. However, there apparently are some at Winter Park who are hoping Favre will be willing to fly west with the team to play limited time in the second preseason game on Aug. 22 at San Francisco.

I would not hold my breath on that one happening.
