A few posters on the previous blog listed their wish list for the Vikings in the draft so we thought we would open it up and ask your thoughts on what positions you hope the Vikings target.

I think the two biggest needs they have are to identify a quarterback of the future (Colt McCoy?) and cornerback. After that, I would say defensive tackle and interior offensive linemen.

In a conference call earlier this week, ESPN's Mel Kiper said he thinks Florida's center-guard Maurkice Pouncey or a cornerback would be good choices for the Vikings at No. 30 overall in the first round and then possibly Central Michigan quarterback Dan LeFevour in the second round.

By the way, Rick Spielman joked this week that he waits for the writers to list the Vikings needs before he sets his draft board. Funny. Spielman's staff is still studying all the prospects but he said he believes it will be a deep draft because of all the juniors that came out.

So what's your thoughts on what you think the VIkings should do in the first few rounds?
