The Vikings will play the Chicago Bears on Monday night at Soldier Field. But could the Vikings be facing a familiar face on the Bears sideline when they return to Chicago in 2010?

Charley Casserly, a former NFL executive and now CBS' NFL insider, said he would expect Vikings defensive coordinator and assistant head coach Leslie Frazier to be on the Bears list of potential head coaching candidates if Lovie Smith is fired following the season. The Bears have gone 5-9 this season despite making a major offseason trade to get quarterback Jay Cutler from Denver.

Frazier played for the Bears and was in the mix for head coaching jobs the past two offseasons with Atlanta (2008), Miami (2008), Denver (2009), Detroit (2009) and St. Louis (2009). Casserly reports the Bears are going to "have a major evaluation of the entire football program and organization," and that fans should, "look for this, major changes to occur."

Casserly said that the Bears are not interested in Mike Shanahan, whom many expect to land in Washington.
