GLENDALE, ARIZ. -- Cornerback Antoine Winfield is among the Vikings' inactives for Sunday night's game against the Cardinals, making this the sixth game in a row he will have missed because of an injured right foot. Right guard Anthony Herrera also will miss a second consecutive game because of a concussion.

Winfield again will be replaced by Benny Sapp and Artis Hicks will start for Herrera. Winfield's absence wasn't a major deal as the Vikings cruised to victories the past three weeks against Detroit, Seattle and Chicago but not having the Pro Bowl corner could hurt given the success the Cardinals have had throwing the ball.

Sapp, Karl Paymah and rookie Asher Allen all figure to see playing time against a Cardinals receiving corps that is led by Larry Fitzgerald.

Also inactive for the Vikings will be wide receiver Jaymar Johnson, running back Albert Young, linebacker Erin Henderson, defensive tackle Fred Evans and defensive end Jayme Mitchell. This is the third time this season Evans has been inactive and the second time he has been scratched when healthy. Quarterback Sage Rosenfels is the third quarterback.

Tight end Visanthe Shiancoe (ribs) and running back Chester Taylor (ribs) were both listed as questionable for the Vikings but both will play. Winfield and Herrera also had the questionable designation.

Among the Cardinals' inactives are left tackle Mike Gandy, who did not practice last week after injuring his pelvis. Backup guard Jeremy Bridges will make his first career start at left tackle and he will have the assignment of going against Vikings Pro Bowl defensive end Jared Allen.

Quarterback Kurt Warner, who missed last week's game because of a concussion, will get the start.

The Cardinals other inactives are cornerback Greg Toler; linebackers Reggie Walker and Will Davis; guard/tackle Herman Johnson; tight end Stephen Spach (knee); and wide receiver Jerheme Urban.

Brian St. Pierre will be the third quarterback for Arizona.
