Pro Bowl cornerback Antoine Winfield worked out before the game but he will be inactive today against the Seattle Seahawks.

This is the fourth game he's missed because of a right foot injury suffered Oct. 18 against the Baltimore Ravens. Winfield said he made progress this week but he was listed as doubtful on the injury report.

Benny Sapp will replace Winfield in the starting lineup. Sapp left last week's game with a groin injury and was limited in practice all week but he was listed as probable.

The other inactives for the Vikings are Jaymar Johnson, Albert Young, Erin Henderson, Jon Cooper, Fred Evans and Jayme Mitchell. Sage Rosenfels is the third quarterback.

Both Evans and Mitchell missed practice time this week because of ilness.

The Seahawks will be without starting cornerback Josh Wilson because of a concussion. He will be replaced by Kelly Jennings.
