We're in place at the Metrodome waiting on the inactives to be announced for today's game between the Vikings and Seattle. The biggest question is whether cornerback Antoine Winfield (foot) will play after being out the past three games. Winfield was listed as doubtful on the injury report Friday so it's unlikely he will be active.
Cornerback Karl Paymah injured his ankle in practice last week and was listed as questionable on the injury report. We're told Paymah should be good to go and if Winfield sits look for Benny Sapp and Paymah to continue getting playing time in his place. Asher Allen also could see more snaps today after doing a nice job in the nickel last week once Sapp went out because of a groin injury.
Sapp, by the way, was limited in practice all of last week but is probable to play today.
