Although no one is expressing much concern about Adrian Peterson's status for Sunday's game against San Francisco, the Pro Bowl running back was limited in practice again Thursday because of a back injury.

Peterson said today it was "not a big deal at all," that he has landed on the injury report. Peterson had the worst game of his NFL career (3 yards) against San Francisco during his rookie season in 2007 and is looking forward to the chance to play against the 49ers again.

Middle linebacker E.J. Henderson, who did not practice Wednesday because of a shoulder injury, did limited work today. Defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier said today that he didn't think Henderson's injury was a major concern and that he expects the veteran to play Sunday.

Safety Madieu Williams (shoulder) also did limited work for a second consecutive day but said he will be good to go against the 49ers.

Tight end Jim Kleinsasser (hand) remains listed on the report but hasn't missed any time this week. As mentioned on the previous blog, wide receiver Percy Harvin (illness) did not take part in today's practice.
