Bomar among first cuts to 80

The Vikings had until Tuesday to make 10 cuts, but they've decided to do it a day early. QB Rhett Bomar, who didn't take a snap in the preseason games, is among those waived.
The rest are: DB Chris Adingupu, OL Conan Amituanai, TE Ed Barham, DB Simeon Castille, LB Jonathan Gilmore, WR Andre Holmes, LB Kyle O'Donnell, K Nate Whitaker and DT Colby Whitlock.
