The Vikings signed 14 undrafted free agents this week who will go to training camp with the team when they report on Sunday in Mankato.

It was believed the Vikings had agreed to terms with Kentucky running back Derrick Locke and North Carolina tight end Ed Barham but apparently neither was signed. Here is the official list as released by the team. Here is a link to the bios.

Chris Adingupu, FS, Prairie View: Played in only two games during the 2010 season but recorded an interception in both games.

David Akinniyi, DE, N.C. State: Recorded 3.0 sacks during his senior season in 2010, a career-high.

Conan Amituanai, OG, Arizona: Fifth-year senior who started at left guard over his final three seasons.

Matt Asiata, HB/FB, Utah: Finished college career ranked third in Utah history with 24 career rushing touchdowns.

Larry Dean, LB, Valdosta State: Became the career record holder in tackles for Valdosta State and the Gulf Coast Conference during the 2010 season with 368.

Marcell Gipson, CB, Wyoming: Recorded 52 total tackles along with one interception during the 2010 season, along with 2 forced fumbles.

Ryan Hill, FS, Miami: Played on both sides of the ball and special teams during his college career. Made the full-time switch to DB before his junior season.

Andre Holmes, WR, Hillsdale: Set single-season school records for receptions (114) and receiving yards (1,368) and caught 11 touchdowns. That was the most productive season in 119 years of Hillsdale football.

Rod Huntley, OG, UTEP: Started 10 games at right guard for the Miners in 2010, helping the Miners' offense average 26.2 points and 371 yards per game in the regular season.
Byron Isom, OG, Auburn: Paved way for Auburn to have two 1,000 yard rushers in 2010 in Cam Newton (1,473 yards) and Michael Dyer (1,093).

Dominique Johnson, WR, Cal Poly: Was Cal Poly's top receiver in 2009, catching 43 passes for 741 yards and six touchdowns.

Allen Reisner, FB/TE, Iowa: Started all 13 games at tight end for the Hawkeyes in 2010, catching 42 passes for 460 yards and two touchdowns.
Devon Torrence, CB, Ohio State: Twenty-four career starts at Ohio State and a three-year letter winner. Had 99 career tackles, 4.5 TFLs, 1.0 sack, 4 INTs, 10 PBUs and 5 forced fumbles in his career.
Nathan Whitaker, K, Stanford: Was 17 for 19 (89.5%) in field goal attempts during the 2010 season. Named Pac-10 Special Teams Player of the Week in September of 2010 after making all five field goals he attempted against Notre Dame.
