STREAKS, STATS AND NOTES — Former NFC Central rivals meet in Tampa for second straight year and fifth time overall since 2002, when divisions were realigned and Bucs shifted to NFC South. Tampa Bay has won three of last four in series. Since facing each other for first time in 1977, teams have played at least once each season except 1982, 2004, 2006 and 2007. ... Packers have allowed NFL-high 31 sacks in seven games. Bucs have been among least-effective teams rushing passer, though, and are tied for 29th with 11 takedowns. ... Packers QB Aaron Rodgers is league's highest-rated passer. He was NFC's offensive player of October and has had 100-plus passer rating in each of the past five games, a franchise record. ... Green Bay CB Charles Woodson's 23 interceptions since 2006 are tied for second most in NFL. Five he's returned for touchdowns during that span, including 62-yard runback against Tampa Bay last season, lead league. ... Bucs will wear throwback uniforms and helmets from team's 1976 inaugural season and honor 1979 team that reached the NFC championship game. The franchise's only Hall of Famer, Lee Roy Selmon, will become first inductee into Ring of Honor at Raymond James Stadium. ... Buccaneers rookie QB Josh Freeman, 17th pick in draft, will make first NFL start. He made regular-season debut two weeks ago, playing two series in fourth quarter during loss to Patriots in London. It's second time Bucs changed starters this season, and neither move was caused by injury. ... TE Kellen Winslow leads Tampa Bay in receiving with 31 catches for 295 yards and four TDs. ... Bucs S Tanard Jackson has interceptions in his past two games. He sat out first four weeks of season while serving suspension for violating NFL's substances of abuse policy. ... Second-year CB Aqib Talib has emerged as one of Tampa Bay's top players on young defense. He has four interceptions, all in past four games.
