GAME BALLS
Percy Harvin, Vikings: Had 175 yards returning kickoffs, including a 77-yarder, and scored on a 51-yard reception. Led the Vikings with five catches for 84 yards.
Brett Favre, Vikings: Threw four touchdown passes to four different receivers, and his 17 completions went to seven different guys. He's fooling people out there.
Aaron Rodgers, Packers: Turned it into a game in the second half despite no run support and little protection. Had 287 pass yards and led Pack with 52 rushing yards.
PLAY OF THE GAME
Quarter: Fourth • Time: 3:54 remaining Score: Vikings led 31-26
The play: The Vikings had third-and-11 at the Packers' 16 when Favre found Bernard Berrian in a seam on the left side. Berrian caught it at the 8 and made it to the end zone despite a beheading attempt from cornerback Al Harris.
The result: The insurance TD blunted the Packers' second-half domination.
The Packers held Adrian Peterson to a season-low 55 rushing yards on 25 carries in the first meeting, but Peterson had 97 yards Sunday on 25 attempts -- and turned a short pass into a 44-yard gain.

Favre: This game deserved more publicity

Vikings, bye. Packers, bye-bye.
About the Lions (1-6): The Lions lost to winless St. Louis 17-10 on Sunday. They are at Seattle next week and, wild guess here, likely will be 41-point underdogs to the Vikings.
