K Blair Walsh and his teammates travel to Seattle only eight months after the Vikings' first-round playoff exit at the hands of the Seahawks. The Vikings have a 9-1 preseason record under coach Mike Zimmer. … QB Teddy Bridgewater will start after completing six of seven passes for 92 yards and a touchdown in last week's preseason-opening victory at Cincinnati. … RB Adrian Peterson is not expected to play, though Zimmer has kept the door open for Peterson to possibly see exhibition snaps at some point. … CB Terence Newman, CB Marcus Sherels and LB Edmond Robinson returned to practice this week and are expected to make their preseason debuts. … OL Joe Berger will start at right guard again with G Brandon Fusco still held out because of injury. … A handful of injured Vikings will not play in Seattle, including DT Sharrif Floyd, LB Eric Kendricks and WR Jarius Wright. … This is the last road exhibition before the Vikings open U.S. Bank Stadium Aug. 28 against San Diego.
