Celebrations were in order Sunday. On 11 occasions, a touchdown was scored at Soldier Field as the Bears beat the Vikings 48-41 in the highest-scoring game in Minnesota history. For once, the Vikings didn't have any problems finding the end zone, scoring five TDs. Adrian Peterson seemed right at home in Soldier Field again, Bernard Berrian scored in his return to Chicago, and the Vikings rolled up 439 yards of offense. But the Bears were more opportunistic. They scored on two odd special-teams breakdowns by the Vikings, and scored their other four touchdowns in fairly conventional fashion.
