Vikings-Packers tickets to be package deal again

The Vikings will continue to sell tickets to their home game against Green Bay as part of a two-game mini-pack but no longer will do so for the game against the Chicago Bears.
Single-game tickets will go on sale July 9 and prices will range from $135 to $30 for all except the Nov. 9 game against the Packers at the Metrodome.
Fans purchasing tickets to that game will be required to buy one to the Aug. 8 exhibition opener against Seattle at the Metrodome. If available, tickets will range from $176 to $96 per package.
Last year, the Vikings also coupled single-game tickets to the Bears with a preseason contest but that won't be done for this season's Sunday night meeting between the teams at the Metrodome.
Tickets to all home games will go on sale at 9 a.m. on July 9 at the Metrodome's Gate B ticket booth, cash or credit card only. No personal checks will be accepted. At 10 a.m. that day, tickets will be available at all Midwest Ticketmaster locations, by calling 651-989-5151 or at www.ticketmaster.com.
Here is the Vikings' 2008 home schedule: Aug. 8: Seattle, 7 p.m. (preseason); Aug. 23: Pittsburgh, 7 p.m. (preseason); Sept. 14: Indianapolis, noon; Sept. 21: Carolina, noon; Oct. 12: Detroit, noon; Nov. 2: Houston, noon; Nov. 9: Green Bay, noon; Nov. 30: Chicago, 7:15 p.m.; Dec. 21: Atlanta, noon; Dec. 28: Giants, noon.
