Here are the players suspended by Major League Baseball. Everyone was suspended 50 games except Alex Rodriguez, who is suspended through the 2014 season. He is appealing the decision but can play in the meantime.

Alex Rodriguez, Yankees 3B: Rodriguez had hip surgery on Jan. 16, returned Monday night; $30 million-$33 million

Nelson Cruz, Rangers RF: Leads team with 27 homers and 76 RBI this year; $2,732,240

Jhonny Peralta, Tigers SS: Batting .305 with 11 home runs and 54 RBI; $1,639,344

Antonio Bastardo, Phillies LHP: Was 3-2 with two saves and a 2.32 ERA; $382,514

Everth Cabrera, Padres SS: Hitting .283 and leads the National League with 37 steals; $348,361

Francisco Cervelli, Yankees C: Hitting .269 with three homers and eight RBI before going on DL in April; $140,806

Fautino De Los Santos, Padres RHP: Went 0-1 with a 3.86 ERA in two relief appearances, sent down May 15; $1,473

Sergio Escalona, Astros LHP: Was 1-2 with a 6.60 ERA in 12 minor league games; $11,700

Fernando Martinez, Yankees OF: Sent outright to the minors in May, he was traded to the Yankees in June; $24,642

Jesus Montero, Mariners C: Played in 29 games before being demoted to minors in late May; $79,820

Jordan Norberto, Athletics LHP: Appeared in three games in minors before placed on the DL on April 13, released May 8; NA

Cesar Puello, Mets OF: In minors; $21,831

Jordany Valdespin, Mets 2B-OF: In minors; $61,773
