It's 58 degrees and windy here at Target Field, and it looks like the conditions will be similar to that when the game starts.

Can't wait to see how Target Field looks into the late-evening hours.

Brendan Harris getting a start at third base for the Twins. He's 1-for-2 for his career against Royals starter Zack Greinke, and Nick Punto is 4-for-18 against Greinke.

Update: LHP Jose Mijares has stiffness in his left elbow. Sounds like he's day-to-day.

Punto has a sore groin. Also day-to-day.

RHP Pat Neshek won't be available to pitch tonight, as he is taking anti-inflammatories for his sore right middle finger.

The Twins are leading the AL in runs against average, at 2.9 runs per game, but the Royals have been hitting well.

Update: All the Royals will wear No. 42 tonight, in a tribute to Jackie Robinson, as they had an off day on Thursday, when the Twins and other teams did their tribute.

Royals 2B Chris Getz was scratched with tightness in his right oblique muscle. Willie Bloomquist will start in his place, batting ninth.
