Ben Revere not in tonight's lineup

Ben Revere is not in the starting lineup for the first time since he returned to the club on June 2 from Class AAA Rochester. Jason Repko is in center and batting leadoff.
``He''s been playing very good out there,'' Gardy said, ``but he's also played every game since he's been here, since he took over that role. He started to get beat up, a little worn out.''
In the wake of the death of a fan trying to catch a ball thrown to him by Josh Hamilton, railings all over the stadium here have had warning labels attached to them.
- The Twins' game on Monday, Aug.8 against Boston has been moved to 6:10 p.m. by ESPN. The game will be shown locally on both ESPN and FSNorth.
- The temperature as of this writing is 106. If it holds,it will be the hottest game time temp in Rangers Ballpark in Arlington history.
- Kevin Slowey is set to start tonight for Class AAA Rochester, and several scouts are expected to be in attendance.
- Rangers Ballpark in Arlington leads the majors with 146 home runs hit so far.
- There's a chance Joe Mauer, who's 1-for-19 in his career against C.J. Wilson, will not start tomorrow.
- Watch out for minor league notes sometime tomorrow. Alex Wimmers, Matt Bashore and David Bromberg are all back pitching
- It's so hot here....that the low of 85 last night was a record high for a low.
