AMERICAN LEAGUE
MVP: Joe Mauer, Twins
Comment: Yes, despite missing all of April.
Cy Young: Zack Greinke, Royals
Comment: Has cooled since blistering start.
Rookie of the Year: Ricky Romero, Blue Jays
Comment: Another to watch is Oakland closer Andrew Bailey.
Best move: Tigers acquiring pitcher Edwin Jackson from Rays for outfielder Matt Joyce.
Comment: Yankees got CC Sabathia, A.J. Burnett and Mark Teixeira, but that cost $424M.
NATIONAL LEAGUE
MVP: Albert Pujols, Cardinals
Comment: This guy is on another planet.
Cy Young: Tim Lincecum, Giants
Comment: Teammate Matt Cain also in the running.
Rookie of the Year: Tommy Hanson, Braves
Comment: Andrew McCutchen also worth a look.
Best move: The Rockies are 24-10 since replacing manager Clint Hurdle with Jim Tracy.
