Big day: Monday's game is the first time at Target Field that the Twins have opened a season at home.
Early start: Breakfast on the Plaza from 6 to 9 a.m., the first time the event has been held at Target Plaza.
Gates open: Starting at 1 p.m., notable former players — Bert Blyleven (Gate 3), Tony Oliva (Gate 6), Kent Hrbek (Gate 14) and Rod Carew (Gate 29) — and former manager Tom Kelly (Gate 34) will ceremonially open their respective gates.
Makeovers: Fans will be able to paint their face and dye their hair on Target Plaza from 6 to 9 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.
Stay in your seats: During the third inning, at least, when a ballpark-wide photo will be taken. Fans can visit twinsbaseball.com/tagoramic to find themselves.
