Twins spring training: Who looks good?

I've received e-mails from fans wanting to know how Rich Harden is doing, how Brian Dozier is looking, how Oswaldo Arcia is looking, etc., We're four days into camp.
As much as I would like to raise hope or manage expectations of players in camp, it is unfair and impossible to draw conclusions after four days of workouts. It will be easier to break some of these guys down once some games are played.
For instance, I watched pitchers in the bullpen a couple days ago, and spots are being missed and pitches are being bounced in the dirt. It's early, and these guys need time to round into form. Even if someone like Harden looks good throwing the ball, I have little idea of how hard he's throwing.
And the hitters? Anyone can rock in batting practice thrown by a middle-aged man. I've watched everyone from Scott Stahoviak to Matthrew LeCroy to Delmon Young and Danny Valencia hit absolute monster shots in batting practice. Where did it get them??
Josh Willingham and Oswaldo Arcia looked good during batting practice on Saturday. But it's way too early to draft them in the first round of your fantasy leagues.
Other camp notes:
Scott Diamond, who had a bone chip removed from his elbow in December, hopes to throw off a mound by the end of next week.
After several years with the organization, Dr. Dan Buss resigned after last season. The Twins kept this one quiet. Dr. Buss was the shoulder specialist and well-respected. His duties will be shared by Dr. Diane Dahm and Dr. Pearce McCarthy.
Lefthander Brian Duensing said he's made progress in using the full windup, something he struggled with last season. Duensing might have to be stretched out in camp to be a starter in case of injuries.
