New London Spicer defeats Mpls North

The Wildcats continue to roll! The Polars played very well in the first half. NLS loosened up in the second and played some of their best ball of the season to take home the win. Open Gym at Champlin Park

I had the chance to sit in on a Champlin Park open gym tonight. Nothing like running stairs, jumping on boxes, and doing minute long defensive slides to get in shape. Varsity guys did get the chance to scrimmage for the majority of the night. The top guys had a surprising amount of trouble in a couple of games including the last game. Minneapolis North Defends Its Turf On and Off the Field

Football is a game of inches. And each of those hard earned inches mean something, especially if at the end of the season it means you get the advantage of playing on your own home field if you're fortunate enough to reach post-season play.
