With the regular season winding down, league championship races are heating up. As a result, this week’s Top Games spotlights some meaningful matchups.
The South Suburban Conference features two teams that have gone unbeaten during league play, and the Thursday's matchup between Lakeville North and Eastview will likely decide which goes on to win the conference crown.
In the Northwest Suburban Conference, Andover and Centennial are undefeated in league contests, but the Huskies hold a slight advantage, having created some separation from the Cougars in the standings.
A champion, however, will be determined and Andover has the inside track in the title chase with home games this week against its closest challengers, including Centennial.
With so many conference-deciding battles this week, it was hard to choose which would be our Top Game of The Week. We've settled on Lakeville North and Eastview and can't wait to see how all the rest of the league races finish.
