Dakota United pulls off upset
CI DIVISION
• DAKOTA UNITED 9, ANOKA-HENNEPIN 7: Dakota United (8-3-1), the No. 4 seed in the tournament, scored five runs in the fourth inning en route to an upset of top-seeded Anoka-Hennepin (12-3).
• MOUNDS VIEW/IRONDALE/ROSEVILLE 8, SOUTH WASHINGTON 5: The Rams broke open a tie game with four runs in the top of the eighth inning.
• OSSEO 19, BURNSVILLE/FARMINGTON/LAKEVILLE 10: Tulio Nickles scored four runs and Alex Kreidler and Austin Nolder three apiece for Osseo.
• CHASKA/CHANHASSEN 7, NORTH SUBURBAN 6: The Southern Stars scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the seventh on Austin Moore's RBI on a fielder's choice.
PI DIVISION
• ROBBINSDALE 14, SOUTH SUBURBAN 9: Spurred by a two-run homer by sophomore Chaun Johnson, the five-time defending champion Robins (8-4) outslugged South Suburban (6-8).
• ANOKA-HENNEPIN 17, OSSEO 1: Freshman infielder Tyler Ezell doubled twice, tripled and drove in three runs for the Mustangs (12-0).
• DAKOTA UNITED 9, WAYZATA/MINNETONKA 0: Dakota United improved to 12-1 behind the hitting of shortstop Grayson Nickolay, who was a 4-for-4.
• ROCHESTER 10, MOUNDS VIEW/IRONDALE/ROSEVILLE 0: A three-run homer by sophomore center fielder Sean Healy was the key hit for Rochester (12-2).

SECTION 5 SEMIFINALS
• WHITE BEAR LAKE 15, MOUNDS VIEW 6: The top-seeded Bears broke open a tight game with seven consecutive second-half goals. Matt Swanson scored four goals for White Bear Lake, which is within one game of its third state tournament appearance in a row.
SECTION 3 QUARTERFINALS
• EAGAN 9, EASTVIEW 8: Noah Simpson's goal with 90 seconds left in regulation broke an 8-8 tie and lifted the No. 4-seeded Wildcats into Tuesday's section semifinals.
