Prior Lake senior MacKenzie Sexe has been one of the state's best girls' golfers in the past three seasons. She would like to cap her prep career with a third consecutive trip to the Class 3A state tournament in June.
Sexe shared 10th place in the state tournament a year ago, finishing 17 strokes back of co-medalists McKenzie Neisen of New Prague and Sarah Burnham of Wayzata. She finished 12th as a sophomore.
