After receiving his trophy for making the Class 4A boys' basketball all-tournament team, Robbinsdale Cooper forward Rodney Williams drew a few hellos as he walked past the Minnetonka student section.

So what are the chances of Williams returning to Target Center next season with the Cooper student section backing him? Not bad, actually. Williams, a junior who led his team in scoring and rebounding this season, will be rejoined by key contributors Quincey Bethea, Joe Bright and KenQuane Brown.

Getting to state might be less difficult. The Hawks' chief competition in Section 5, Osseo, lose three of its four scorers who averaged double-digits in scoring.
