Duluth Marshall: Seeding slight noted

If losing in the Class 1A championship game each of the past two years was not enough motivation, Duluth Marshall has a burr in its breezers over receiving the No. 2 seed despite a No. 1 ranking in Class 1A and an 8-2 thumping of top-seeded St. Thomas Academy in January.
The Hilltoppers played one of the toughest schedules in the state, are deep on offense (12 players have 10 or more points), have experience (11 seniors) and have excellent goalies in Matt Messina and Willie Paul.
