

Fishing on Otter Tail Lake is starting a fall transition. Depths are ranging from 10 to 40 feet.
Crawlers and minnows are still baits of choice. Sunfish and crappies have slowed but should pick up with sunny days and stable temps.
Muskie fish has been good on West Battle Lake in the morning and evening hours.
All lakes in the area have extremely low water levels so be careful entering and leaving accesses.
Duck opener was good. Lots of wood ducks and teal. Not many mallards yet.

Fishing continues good on Otter Tail Lake. Crawlers, leeches and spinners in 15 to 25 feet of water.
Crappies and sunfish are being caught on area lakes in 15 to 20 feet of water on weed edges.
Bass bite has been EXCELLENT on lakes using buzz baits and Sally Jigs.
Muskie action as been fair on West Battle Lake with a lot of follows.
