Just got back from the AIM tournament on Green Bay and what a fishery! Lots of fish in the 24 to 26 inch category were caught and the weather was pretty spectacular. Here's one of the walleyes that I caught while trolling Lindy Hatchet Blades and Snap Weights. Most of my fish were suspended over 24 to 30 feet of water. Controlling your boat speed was important as I tried to keep the boat at around 1 to 1.2 mph. This pattern was good enough to get me an 11th place finish. It's always nice to score a check in any tournament. Hope everyone's catching some fish in Minnesota! Heard the bite has been awesome on Mille Lacs. I've got to catch up as I've been gone for the past 2 weeks. Good Fishing!
