November allows birders the opportunity to spot at least 150 different species of migrating birds during the annual winter migration through the Upper Mississippi River Refuge on the Mississippi flyway.  The largest population of Bald Eagles in the lower 48 will soon be gathering near Wabasha as well as droves of Tundra Swans, on their way to Chesapeake Bay, and White Pelicans on their way south.
At the National Eagle Center, in downtown Wabasha, in coordination with the annual migration, events will be taking place during three consecutive weekends starting November 7th ending the weekend of November 22nd.
Birders of all experience levels can take a guided boat tour on the Mississippi River lead by the National Eagle Center.  Their staff and volunteers will point out and assist in identifying migrating birds and present educational programs.
More information on the National Eagle center can be found at www.NationalEagleCenter.org

Skol Vikings!

I made this championship belt for the push to the '09 Division Title. Gladden offered to buy it; I wanted a trade for one of his rings. He declined.
