As of now, we are scheduled for trial tomorrow, June 7th, in Aitkin County District court. Here is a review for those readers that missed this over the past year:

In the end, per my ongoing "equal protections" case, it will come down to the voters in this country, not a court at any level, deciding if modern day law should allow rights based on ethnic origin. June 7th only begins that eventual outcome.
