I was just at the airport, where a number of fans showed up to welcome the Lynx back from Phoenix. I tried my rather amateur hand at taking some videos, which should be on our site before long.

Be kind.

Anyway, a couple notes:

--Because of Disney on Ice, the venue for the Atlanta game has been moved. Instead of being at the Dream's normal venue, Philips Arena in Atlanta, the games will be played at the Arena at Gwinett Center, which is located in Duluth, Ga., a northern suburb of Atlanta. That will make for a rather strange postseason run for the Lynx, who played the Seattle Storm in Tacoma. But at least one member of the Lynx will feel right at home. Maya Moore is from Gwinnett County, and she won three high school basketball titles in the Arena at Gwinnett Center.

--With a week between games, coach Cheryl Reeve is giving the team today and Tuesday off. The team will have a modified practice Wednesday – one that includes some skill work followed by an extended video session – and then will start full practices on Thursday.

-Took a look at some of the odds makers and it looks like the Lynx are favored by between nine and 10 points for Sunday's game.

--Including this season, Atlanta and Minnesota have combined for six appearance in the finals since the 2010 season. But just one title, the by Lynx in 2011.

That's about it for now. I'll get back to you after practice on Wednesday.
