MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota Lynx guard Seimone Augustus left Sunday's game against the Phoenix Mercury in the second quarter with a left ankle injury.

Augustus landed awkwardly after defending DeWanna Bonner's layup with 7:01 left in the second quarter and left the game. Her return is questionable.

Augustus, who entered the game ranked 13th in the WNBA at 16.3 points per game, left the game with eight points on 4-for-5 shooting.
