On the first day that WNBA teams could sign free agents, the Lynx re-signed 6-4 center Jessica Adair.

Last season Adair, bothered by injuries, played in only 19 games, averaging 2.4 points and 2.1 rebounds. In 2011, she averaged 4.3 points and 2.9 rebounds and improved those numbers slightly in the playoffs.

"We're hopeful that she enters this season healthy and ready to return to 2011 form," said Roger Griffith, executive vice president of the Lynx.
