ARRIVE EARLY
For the first time since 1991, when the Twins won the World Series, a professional Minnesota sports team will host a championship ring ceremony and banner unveiling.
Before the Lynx's 2012 season opener, they will be honored for winning the 2011 WNBA championship last October. They swept the Atlanta Dream in three games for the first title in franchise history.
This will be the Lynx's first game at Target Center since Game 2 of the finals. Doors will open at 10 a.m. The ceremony will begin around 11.
