Coach: John Stiegelmeier (13th season, 84-58 overall, 40-25 since moving to Division I in 2004.

On offense: Multiple sets, with a lot of multiple-receiver sets that feature one back. The Jackrabbits have used two QBs due to injury. Ryan Crawford has thrown for 1,059 yards and six TDs with three interceptions, while freshman and Winona native Thomas O'Brien, the likely starter on Saturday, has 925 yards, seven TDs and three picks. RB Kyle Minett, who is from Ruthton, is the leading rusher. His 2,711 career yards are sixth in SDSU history.

On defense: The clear strength of the team, the Jackrabbits are sixth in points allowed in the FCS and 18th in yards allowed. Junior LB Derek Domino, who is from Spring Lake Park, leads the team with 73 total tackles and is tied for the team lead with four interceptions.
