Georgia State holds off Golden Bears

Chris Echols scored 18 points and Georgia State defeated Concordia (St. Paul) 67-63 Saturday in the NABC Classic at Williams Arena.

Matt Cadwell led Concordia with 26 points. The Golden Bears lost to the Gophers 76-51 on Friday.

Concordia had a chance to tie it with 12.9 seconds left in regulation. But Quentin Barfield missed two free throws.
