Decker is a Biletnikoff finalist

Gophers junior wide receiver Eric Decker has been named a Biletnikoff Award finalist by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club. The award is given to the best receiver in college football.

Decker ranks No. 1 in the Big Ten and No. 8 in the nation in receptions per game. He is No. 2 in the Big Ten and No. 23 in the nation in receiving yards per game. Decker set a school record for receptions in a season this year with 74, topping his record of 67 set a year ago. He also tied a Minnesota single-game record with 13 receptions vs. Indiana this season.

The other finalists for the award are: Dez Bryant of Oklahoma State, Chase Coffman of Missouri, Austin Collie of BYU, Quan Cosby of Texas, and Michael Crabtree of Texas Tech.
