As of Tuesday, the Gophers weren't expecting much Signing Day drama with the 24 players they had committed.
At least one key piece of the puzzle remains, however. Jamal Milan, a defensive tackle from Chicago Raby High School, plans to announce his decision Wednesday morning between 8 and 8:30 a.m.
His finalists are reportedly down to Illinois and Minnesota. He is another consensus three-star recruit.
Check startribune.com/gophers early Wednesday to see where Milan is headed and to see if there are any late surprises.
