ARKADELPHIA, ARK. - Zach Zweifel and Drew Bauer combined for two touchdown passes, one in the final minute of regulation and the other in overtime, to lift Minnesota Duluth to a 48-45 victory over Ouachita Baptist on Saturday in the second round of NCAA Division II playoffs.

Bauer's 11-yard touchdown pass to Zweifel in the final minute of the fourth quarter gave the Bulldogs a 42-39 lead. But the Tigers (10-1) tied the game with three seconds left on Shelton Wooley's 20-yard field goal.

The Tigers had the ball first in overtime and took a 45-42 lead on Wooley's 37-yard field goal. On the Bulldogs' ensuing possession, Zweifel, a receiver, completed a 9-yard TD pass to Bauer.

Logan Lauters rushed for three TDs in the first half as the Bulldogs built a 21-14 halftime lead. The Bulldogs led 28-21 after three quarters and 35-27 with 9:55 to play.

But the Tigers, making their first appearance in the Division II playoffs, scored twice in a two-minute span to take a 39-35 lead. The Tigers missed two-point conversion attempts after each touchdown.

Lauters rushed for 161 yards and Bauer passed for 293 yards and two touchdowns to pace the Bulldogs. Steven Kehner of the Tigers rushed for 103 yards and four TDs and caught a TD pass.

The Bulldogs (13-0) will play at MSU Mankato next Saturday.
