• MSU MANKATO 2, MICHIGAN TECH 1: Brett Stern and Dylan Margonari scored goals 24 seconds apart in the middle of the third period as the No. 9 Mavericks (8-3, 6-1 WCHA) upset the No. 1 Huskies (10-1, 8-1) Friday night in Houghton, Mich. Stephon Williams made 30 saves for the visiting Mavericks.

• BOWLING GREEN 3, BEMIDJI STATE 1: Mike Sullivan's goal, 17 seconds into the third period, for the No. 18 Falcons (9-3-1, 6-1 WCHA) broke a 1-all tie. Cory Ward scored for the Beavers (3-8, 2-5).

• ST. CLOUD STATE 3, NORTH DAKOTA 1: Jonny Brodzinski scored two third-period goals and Charlie Lindgren made 26 saves as the No. 16 Huskies (5-5-1, 2-2-1) upset No. 2 UND (8-3-1, 3-12) in St. Cloud. Drake Caggiula scored for North Dakota.

• MINNESOTA DULUTH 3, OMAHA 2: Cal Decowski's unassisted goal with 2:35 left for the No. 8 Bulldogs (9-4, 5-2) broke a 2-2 tie with the No. 13 Mavericks (6-2-1, 2-1) in Omaha.

• OHIO STATE 3, MICHIGAN STATE 0: Nick Schilkey had a goal and an assist as the host Buckeyes (4-7-1, 1-1 Big Ten) got a split with the Spartans (4-7, 1-1). Matt Tomkins made 29 saves for the shutout.

• PENN STATE 3, MICHIGAN 2: Max Gardiner, Eric Scheid and Casey Bailey all scored in a three-minute span of the opening period as the Nittany Lions (7-2-2, 1-0 Big Ten) beat the Wolverines (4-6, 0-1).

• COLORADO COLLEGE 5, WISCONSIN 2: The Tigers (3-7) kept the visiting Badgers (0-7) winless.
