MARYVILLE, MO. – Phil Jackson rushed for 117 yards and four touchdowns and Billy Creason ran for 99 yards and three touchdowns to lead second-ranked Northwest Missouri State to a 59-21 victory over St. Cloud State in the NCAA Division II quarterfinals on Saturday.

The Bearcats (13-0), who rushed for 299 yards and had 541 yards in offense, advanced to play Grand Valley State in the semifinals next Saturday.

The Huskies, who set a school single-season record for victories, finished the season 12-2.

"Congratulations to Northwest Missouri State. They did a great job today," said St. Cloud State coach Scott Underwood. "It was a tough day for our 16 seniors."

Creason and Jackson each scored two touchdowns in the first half as the Bearcats built a 28-0 halftime lead.

The Huskies scored on their opening drive of the second half on Phillip Klaphake's 17-yard TD pass to Dan Brown (Robbinsdale), but the Bearcats' Bryce Enyard returned the ensuing kickoff 85 yards for a touchdown.
