In Tuesday’s 80-36 blowout of Loyola, the Gophers looked as crisp on offense as they have all season. … Junior guard Rachel Banham, who leads the Gophers in scoring at 18.3 points per game, was one of 50 players named to the Naismith Trophy watch list on Monday. Banham has now been named to the watch lists for all three major national player of the year awards. … Redshirt freshman Amanda Zahui B. has recorded double-digit rebounds in three straight games and leads the Big Ten with 10.8 rebounds per game.

Chattanooga (4-1): A disciplined squad, ranking No. 10 nationally in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.44). It’s a big reason that Chattanooga has won three straight, including an 80-52 romp over Auburn on Sunday. … The Lady Mocs’ only loss is to No. 3 Tennessee. … Senior Taylor Hall leads the team in scoring, rebounding, assists and steals.

Colorado State (3-1): Off to its best start since the 2005-06 season after winning its road opener 76-61 Saturday at Illinois State. … The Rams have five players who average double digits in scoring, led by Caitlin Duffy at 14 points per game. … CSU’s Gabby Frykbo and the Gophers’ Zahui B. were teammates in Sweden for Igelstavikens Gymnasium.

Hawaii (3-2): Last played 12 days ago, a 59-56 loss to West Virginia on Nov. 17. Hawaii’s other loss came in its season opener vs. Arizona State. … Senior Kamilah Jackson, a first-team All-Big West selection a year ago, leads the Rainbow Warriors with 18.8 points and 9.8 rebounds per game. … Hawaii finished 17-14 last season for the program’s first winning season in seven years.
