Boston U. beats North Dakota • BOSTON UNIVERSITY 4, NORTH DAKOTA 2: The Terriers scored two late goals, 11 seconds apart, to beat host UND. Matt Lane got the first goal at 18 minutes, 10 seconds to break a 2-2 tie. Danny O'Regan scored the second goal unassisted. Stephane Pattyn and Danny Kristo had goals for North Dakota, which led 2-1 after two periods.

• DENVER 6, ST. CLOUD STATE 1: Senior forward Chris Knowlton had a hat trick and an assist as the No. 3 Pioneers routed the Huskies, outshooting them 33-21 and scoring two goals every period. Visiting St. Cloud State had beaten Denver 3-0 in the first game to extend its winning streak to five games. Cory Thorson had the Huskies' goal.

• NEBRASKA OMAHA 5, MICHIGAN TECH 3: Junior Zahn Raubenheimer and sophomore Josh Archibald both scored two goals as the Mavericks swept the Huskies in Houghton, Mich. Raubenheimer also had two goals in UNO's 2-1 victory in the first game.

• COLORADO COLLEGE 3, WISCONSIN 0: Goalie Joe Howe made 33 saves and center Archie Skalbeck scored the game's first goal -- and his fourth -- as the Tigers shut out the Badgers. Howe played high school hockey at Wayzata, Skalbeck at Hopkins. Colorado College won the first game 5-4 in overtime.
